Terms and Conditions

Last updated: June 18, 2026.

1. Who we are

Cony (the "Service") is operated by Milky Corp SpA (a Chilean company, Santiago, Chile) ("we", "us", "our"), domiciled in Chile. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Cony offers

Cony is a travel guide that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized travel itineraries, accommodation recommendations, and city guides. Itinerary generation is free; downloading the itinerary as a PDF requires an optional tip (see Pricing).

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service for:

4. AI-Generated Content

Itineraries, recommendations, and descriptions are generated by AI models and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You are responsible for verifying schedules, prices, availability, visa requirements, and any other critical information before you travel. The Service is provided "as is" and is not a substitute for professional advice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Cony brand, its design, code, and materials are our property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the Service.

6. Payments and Tips

Our payment process is handled by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment: Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. Tips are one-time payments, with no subscription or renewals. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if: (a) you materially breach these Terms, (b) we detect a risk of fraud or security, or (c) you repeatedly violate our policies.

8. Warranties and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim. We exclude indirect, consequential, or special damages (lost profits, loss of data, etc.), except for exclusions that the law does not allow to be limited (fraud, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, the domicile of the Service owner. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Santiago, Chile, without prejudice to consumer rights that may apply under the user's local law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the date of the latest version above; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the changes.

11. Contact

For issues related to payments, billing, or refunds, contact Paddle at paddle.net. For everything else, write to us using the support option within the Service.

12. Third-party services

Cony displays links to external providers (for example Booking.com, GetYourGuide, Civitatis, World Nomads, DiscoverCars and Holafly) so you can book accommodation, activities, insurance or a car rental. Those bookings are made directly on the provider's site, under their own terms and privacy policy; Cony is not a party to that contract and is not liable for its performance. Cony may earn a commission from the provider at no extra cost to you; see Affiliate disclosure.

13. Informational nature of itineraries

Itineraries, guides and recommendations are generated with AI and provided for informational purposes only. Hours, prices, availability, entry conditions, visa requirements and other data may change; you must verify them with the provider or the official source before booking or travelling.
